Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), located in Huntsville, Alabama, is designated as the NASA Center of Excellence for Space Propulsion. Sprawling over 1,841 acres on the U.S. Army installation, Redstone Arsenal, MSFC boasts 400 acres of historical test stands touching the skyline that paved the way from the development of the Saturn V launch vehicle to the future of space travel. MSFC plays leadership roles in space propulsion and science studies and participates in community services and programs. In addition, MSFC hosts numerous educational programs that educate our youth and prepare them to assume roles in tomorrow's space exploration leadership.
